What is the shipping rate and how does it work?

Shipping Rates!
For most clothing items the following shipping rates are:
1st item's shipping charge is $5.95.
2nd item's shipping charge is $3.75.
3rd item's shipping charge is $3.25.
For the 4th item or greater, the shipping charge is $2.75 for each
item.
For other item shipping rates, please refer to the item listing.
In order for items to be receive the reduced shipping charges, they
must be won on the same calendar day.
(Due to our inability to offer any additional discounts, this is
the only shipping price available regardless of the number of items
won.)

2.
How long will it take for my item to reach me? (How long is order
processing and delivery?) |

We use USPS
Priority shipping, which takes between 7 to 10 days to arrive.
We send an email with the tracking number so you can check the
progress of your delivery at the USPS web site.
You item(s) may be shipped, at our discretion, via Airborne@Home
at not additional cost to you.

3.
How do I track my shipment?

Once
we ship your order you receive an email confirmation of your shipment.
This includes a tracking number. Enter this number in the link included
in the email and you can track the progress of your shipment. Please
note, we assign tracking numbers before the USPS actually picks
up your shipment; tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated
within the USPS system.

Question: What do I do if my shipment never arrived? |

Please allow
up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still
has not arrived, please use the link to the USPS web site provided
in the "shipment confirmation email" we sent to you
to investigate. If you still cannot locate it, simply contact
us through our customer
service inquiry form.

5.
I received my product damaged. What do I do? |

We professionally
package our products to ensure that they reach you in the best
condition. If your item is damaged, and the damage was not noted
in the items ad, please contact us through the customer
service inquiry form.

Can I have an item delivered to a P.O. Box?

It's easy!
During our checkout process, specify where you want your purchase
shipped. It can be different from your credit card billing address.
You may specify any ship-to street address within the 48 contiguous
states.
