1. How do I pay for an item I have purchased from eValueville.com?

After your auction closes, you will receive an email from eBay stating that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact eValueville.com to arrange payment. Our auction management company automatically sends you an e-mail within 4 hours of auction close.

Our email will contain a link to our secure checkout site where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase with your credit card. If you do not receive a "Checkout Notification" e-mail within two days, please contact our customer service Department by submitting the form at the end of this FAQ page.

 

2. How long do I have to pay for an item? Back

You will have five days from the close of your auctions to pay for your item. You can expect your "Checkout notification" e-mail within four hours of the auction close. All auctions not paid for after five days will have to be relisted and sold to a paying buyer.

 

 

3. What happens if I do not pay for an auction I won?

This creates quite a mess. Since we pay eBay for the commissions and listing fees for every closed auction, we have already invested in your item. In order for us to get a credit for these fees from eBay, we submit to eBay a report of all buyers that fail to pay for their item. eBay then credits us for the fees, and notes the customer as having failed to pay after winning an auction.

 

4. What credit cards does eValueville.com accept? Back

eValueville.com accepts United States bank issued Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

 

5. What if I don't agree with the billing charges? Back

The eValueville Department checkout program has been completely tested to charge the exact amount of your winning bid plus the shipping amount. If you think we have charged you the wrong amount, please re-check the "auction close" email and our checkout email data. If you still think that a mistake has been made, please contact our customer service department.
