1. What is the shipping rate and how does it work?

New eValueville Shipping Rates!

For most clothing items the following shipping rates are:
1st item's shipping charge is $6.95.
2nd item's shipping charge is $4.75.
3rd item's shipping charge is $4.25.
For the 4th item or greater, the shipping charge is $3.75 for each item.

For other item shipping rates, please refer to the item listing.

In order for items to be receive the reduced shipping charges, they must be won on the same calendar day.
(Due to our inability to offer any additional discounts, this is the only shipping price available regardless of the number of items won.)

 

2. What are the measurements for a particular item? (see sizing chart) Back

Due to the nature of the business exact measurements on each item are not taken. There is a sizing chart at our website that give measurement ranges for each size. Be aware that these measurements vary slightly with each designer

 

3. What if I have a concern about my item? Back

If you have a concern about your item, or an issue that needs to be addressed by us, simply email our Customer Service department. A Customer Service Representative will respond in an efficient manner and will be happy to assist you with your particular situation.

If you choose to leave us negative feedback on eBay before attempting to resolve the problem in the above manner, we will accept this as final resolution to the matter.

4. What if I receive the wrong item? Back

Send your item with a note of explanation to the following address:

Please include the eBay item number, your email address, the inventory number from the original shipping bag, and the reason for the return. Missing information may result in a delay or denial of the refund.

After receiving the item, your customer service representative will inspect the garment, and issue a refund (excluding shipping) if deemed appropriate. Items received by our Returns Department will not be returned unless prior arrangements for postage have been made.

 

5. How does "Buy it Now" work? Back

We do not currently offer Buy It Now on our auctions.

 

6. What is the payment policy? Back

You have 5 days to pay for the item(s) through eBay checkout.

 

7. Why can't I email the customer service department without getting the auto response? Back

The system is devised so that the customer can go to the FAQ page to get immediate answers to questions. The auto response directs you to the FAQ page. If you do not find the answer to your question you can then reach the customer service department.

 

  8. Can I buy in bulk and not pay individual shipping prices? Back

We offer combined shipping charges for multiple items purchased on the same day.  Please see each ad description for shipping prices.   At this time, we do not offer bulk rates.

 

9. What is your return policy? Back
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns. If you have a concern about your item, please contact our customer service department by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
